1) While on the Dashboard, scroll down to ‘Progress’ on the left hand menu , and click ‘Weight’.
2) Enter your latest weight in either Kilograms (KG) or Pounds (lbs) into the text box. The date will automatically be set at today’s date unless changed manually.
3) Click ‘Add Weight’, this will instantly record and graph your weight.
4) To remove a logged weight from your weight progression graph, click on the red bin icon on the right of the weight record you are wishing to delete.
